After subscribing to the Team plan, you'll see an 'Add Athlete' button in your coach dashboard. Enter the athlete's email address and they'll receive an invitation to complete their intake form. Once submitted, their meal plan is generated automatically.
Yes. When an athlete is added, you can also add a parent email. Parents get read-only access to view the meal plan, grocery list, and check-in history — but cannot modify the plan.
The intake form collects all allergies and dietary restrictions in step 6. The meal plan generator excludes those foods entirely. Athletes can also request meal swaps at any time using the Swaps & Substitutions form.
Absolutely. Training volume changes between pre-season, in-season, and post-season — and calorie needs change with it. Any athlete's plan can be regenerated at any time by updating their intake information.
